Bestie Bookies Bundles LLC reserves the right to refuse and/or cancel any order, for any reason, including but not limited to, quantities available, inaccuracies in product or pricing information or suspected fraudulent activity. 

By placing an order you agree to the following:

  • You acknowledge and accept our all sales are final policy
  • You acknowledge and accept all responsibilities for providing correct and accurate shipping information at checkout

You also agree that Bestie Bookies Bundles LLC is not responsible or liable for the following:

  • Packages lost or delayed by the postal/shipping services
  • Items stolen after delivery
  • Damaged packages from postal/shipping services
  • Technical errors in payment processing by third party providers.
  • All content on the site is provided for general information only. We make every effort to ensure our website is accurate and up to date, however, we do not warrant that all content is error free.

RETURN, EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY

All purchases made to Bestie Bookies Bundles LLC are final sales. We do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds under any circumstances, to include but not limited to:

  • Change of Mind
  • Items not meeting personal expectations
  • Shipping delays
  • Ordering the wrong item

DAMAGE OR WRONG ITEM RECEIVED POLICY

Should you receive a damaged package, or the wrong items, you will need to contact Bestie Bookies Bundles LLC within 3 days of receiving the package, at bestiebookishbundles@gmail.com. Be sure to include your name, order # and brief description of the issue. Include any photos of the issue in your email, as well. We will then access the situation on a case by case basis and where appropriate, offer a store credit or replacement, at the sole discretion of Bestie Bookies Bundles LLC.
